Conference Dinner & Lunches
The conference dinner is not open to public registration but will be only for speakers and collaborators of the SPAE project. Location TBA. Please inform the organizers if you have any dietary restrictions or preferences.
The conference will cover lunch costs for speakers and SPAE collaborators for both the day of the conference and the day of the workshop.
Powerpoint presentations
Accompanying slides must be in powerpoint. We ask that presenters please embed their fonts. Presentation slides may be submitted to the conference organizers no later than the registration period the morning of the conference. If you have any questions, please contact the organizers.
June 1st Workshop
The purpose of the workshop on June 1st will be to discuss the aims and outputs of the project, and to allow the PhD students working on the Carlsberg texts access to the specialists involved in this project for questions relating to the translations of their respective texts or for broader advice regarding their text editions. The session will be informal, is closed to the public, and will take place in the Papyrus Room in the Department for Cross-Cultural and Regional Studies (room 10.2.30).
